What is QSOD Pro?
QSOD Pro is a web-based Quality Management System (QMS) built for small manufacturers. It helps you track nonconformances (NCRs), manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), run inspections with custom checklists, and report on quality trends — all in one place.
Do I need to install anything?
No. QSOD Pro is 100% web-based. It works in any modern browser on any device — desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. No downloads, no IT setup required.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and get full access to all features for 14 days — no credit card required. At the end of your trial, choose a plan to continue. Your data is saved and carried over when you upgrade.
Can multiple people use the same account?
Yes. The Pro plan includes 2 users, Platinum includes 4, and Enterprise is unlimited. Team members share the same data so everyone stays on the same page — perfect for multiple shifts or departments.
Can I track multiple production lines?
Yes. You can set up up to 3 production lines and filter all NCRs, CAPAs, and inspections by line. This makes it easy for shift supervisors to see only the data relevant to their area.
Can I print reports for audits or customer reviews?
Yes. QSOD Pro includes a built-in print report feature that generates a professional quality report with your company logo, open and closed NCRs, CAPA status, and inspection results. Print directly or save as PDF.
Is my data secure?
Yes. QSOD Pro is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS) with encrypted data storage and transmission. Your data is backed up automatically and never shared with third parties.
What happens if I need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — and it saves you money. Pro annual is $699/yr (saving $129 vs monthly). Platinum annual is $999/yr (saving $549 vs monthly). Annual billing is the default when you sign up.
What if I need more than 4 users or have special requirements?
